One of the Talented creatives behind Studio Bride Florida
Cathee is an international celebrity makeup artist, licensed esthetician, and hair stylist, born and raised Philippines. Growing up with a mother who’s a cosmetologist, the passion for beauty became second nature. During college, she began to venture out in collaborating with photographers doing film and media photo shoots and started her Instagram account, hello_cathee, which has now reached 31K followers. She’s now partnered with YouTube, StyleHaul network and affiliated with various makeup companies.
Eager to learn more, she pursued her Facials Specialty degree to become a Licensed Esthetician and received her certification as a certified Dinair Airbrush Makeup Artist and Instructor. In San Francisco Bay Area, she pursued her cosmetology licensed. Thus, began her journey in the professional beauty industry world. Her work has been seen nationally on The Filipino Channel (TFC), TLC’s Say Yes to the Dress, in Playboy Magazine, The Premier Bride, and various online magazines and blog features such as, Beautylish, Style Me Pretty, Attorney at Law, Bride's Magazine and Southern Weddings Magazine.
In 2012, Cathee did makeup for The 64th Primetime Emmy Awards, The Governor’s Ball, The Oscars | 84th Academy Awards and the Miami Fashion Week. She has worked with many celebrities including, “America’s Got Talent” Alizma, “America’s Next Top Model” finalist Christine Kagay, “The Real” & “American Idol” Sharon Wilbur, and international celebrities, Philippines singer/actress/Showtime TV host, Karylle, Melissa Ricks, and Thailand model/actor/MTV Thailand VJ, Justin Michael Agustin.
Traveled throughout the continental US to teach airbrush makeup workshops including Paul Mitchell school and worked at various beauty shows with Dinair Airbrush Makeup such as, The Makeup Show NY & LA, International Makeup Artist Tradeshow (IMATS NY, Orlando, and LA), International Beauty Show (IBS NY and Las Vegas), IECSC (Las Vegas, Houston, and Florida), Premiere Orlando Beauty Show, Southern Women Show, Too Faced Cosmetics and Make Up Forever. She also worked for almost a decade at Sephora in Florida and San Francisco Bay Area with a management position. Finally, she has an obsession with Hello Kitty amongst other beauty related things.
