Hi, my name is Yen. I am a self-taught makeup artist with a solid background in the beauty industry since 2016. I moved to Jacksonville, Florida from St. Louis, Missouri to continue following my dreams and true passion. I’ve always loved makeup as a kid and as I got older, I realized not a lot of people knew how to do makeup on my monolid eye shapes. That’s what inspired me to learn how to do makeup. I never thought I’d turn that into a career.

My expertise has been further enhanced by my extensive product knowledge acquired during my 6 1/2 years at Sephora. I have a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design which gives me an eye for precision and intricate details. I love making people feel beautiful through makeup, the connection I have with clients is something that I never truly experienced as being a graphic designer. Following my passion, I am now a full-time makeup artist, living my dream.
